最近有一段影片瘋摩全球，震驚所有亞洲人，就是BBC的炒飯教學片。被罵到翻天的製作方法，作為經常當煮食影片主持的我（而且還是土生土長的亞洲人！）則有另類的看法，所以... 我決定親自試煮和試食！還會以幕後人員的角度，揭開拍攝和真實煮食的分別！

Hi! This is Leila. There's a recent viral video which has shocked many Asians around the world, and that's the BBC egg fried rice cooking video. Although the methods demonstrated in the video were being slammed everywhere, me being a regular presenter for cooking videos (and a local Asian!), have some different thoughts. So I've decided to actually test the methods and the dish! We've also included commentaries from the production team to show how different it is to shoot a cooking video VS real cooking!
